		<content type="html">Is that the "SMP" club with the Miller Lite sign where I used to see Goth crowds assembling now and then?  What is that place?  I actually went in there once for a roller derby rock show of some kind and though the drink selection was bad, the place was a fantastic venue for music.  Never made it back there as it just seems to be completely random.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm skeptical about Sangria Mach 3, but best of luck, maybe this is will be the paint job that lasts.</content>

		<content type="html">Closed weekends? It will be closed in a year if they're lucky. What restaurant school did they go to if they make enough with those hrs then kudos to them. I give it 6 months tops. The Sun will be out of business in 6 months anyway, it has turned into a rag. If i see one more pet page i will vomit.</content>

		<content type="html">god i hope the place does well god knows bernie lynch would like to tax it to death, lowell city hall is anti business they hand out grants to all newcomers but there are no breaks for those who have been paying taxes (that go up and up) every year that have been here ,you can only bleed the same tax base for so long i know of 2 longtime restaraunts that  are searching outside the limits of lowell for a new special place ,thats o.k. i`m sure just put another downtown bar their. good luck sturs</content>
